Self-help tool, not medical care

The Citadel provides educational tracking, reflection, and planning tools. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition and does not replace a doctor, therapist, addiction specialist, emergency service, or other qualified professional.

Use the service safely

Do not use the app as your only source of support in an emergency. Do not follow an app suggestion that is unsafe for your health, circumstances, or environment. If you may be experiencing dangerous substance withdrawal, a mental-health crisis, or immediate risk, contact local emergency services or qualified care.

Accounts and data

You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in methods and for exporting any backup you want to keep. Local browser data can be lost when browser storage is cleared. Optional sync stores recovery data under your signed-in account. You may delete a recovery goal or permanently delete your account from Account settings.

Optional AI analysis

AI output can be incomplete or wrong. Review it critically and do not treat it as medical, legal, or professional advice. The app sends the disclosed lapse fields to the configured AI provider only after you opt in for that reflection.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another person's data, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful activity. Service availability and features may change as the product is maintained.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains local storage, optional sync, optional AI processing, analytics, retention, export, and deletion.
